Europe’s first annual technical security symposium
Consult Europe is home to Europe’s First Symposium Dedicated To Technical Security Consultants, alongside a programme of curated gatherings designed to bring the industry together throughout the year in a different setting.
Founded by Bruce Braes, Mike O’Neill, and Rick Mounfield, Consult Europe is built on years of experience across technical security consultancy, risk, resilience and the wider security industry. Their aim is straightforward: create opportunities for meaningful conversations between the people who influence, design, specify and deliver security solutions.
There are no rows of exhibition stands competing for attention and no pressure to move from one sales pitch to the next. Instead, Consult Europe focuses on a more considered experience, where technical security consultants, manufacturers, integrators and senior security professionals have the time and space to exchange ideas, share experience and build relationships.
The flagship Consult Europe Technical Security Symposium brings this approach together on a larger scale. The 2027 symposium takes place from 19–21 May at The Belfry Hotel & Resort, Sutton Coldfield, bringing together more than 75 technical security consultants alongside 20–30 manufacturer sponsors from across the European market.
The programme is designed around the quality of the people in the room. Roadmap sessions, roundtable discussions and CPD-accredited learning provide opportunities to explore current issues and developments, while dinners and social time create space for conversations to continue naturally.
For manufacturers and solution providers, this means access to a highly focused audience of consultants and professionals who influence security projects and product decisions.
