Liam Woods, our Northern Business Development Manager, began his career in Security Engineering as an apprentice in 2003, working on integrated security projects for utilities and the defence industry. Over the past 25 years, Liam has racked up experience in Security System Design, Project Management and Business Development.
Joining TSP in 2021, Liam has been instrumental in driving our strong Northern Pipeline and continues to forge relationships with Partners and Clients alike.
When not at work, Liam coaches the under 7s squad for his neighbourhood football club, Garforth Villa, who TSP have kindly sponsored this year’s strip. Like most people in BDM roles, Liam understands the relationships which can be built at the 19th hole, so he occasionally he enjoys playing golf. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, family and friends when he's not driving his two kids to several sporting events.
Developing business within the Scottish Region is our Business Development Manager, Davie Charlton.
Davie has racked up over 30 years in the Security Sector, working on multi-million pound contracts. His role at TSP is to not only support our existing clients in Scotland, but to develop relationships with key partners and develop an even stronger Scottish pipeline.
Moreover, acknowledging the common perception among people in the South of the UK that anything beyond our HQ in Watford is considered the "North," we recognised the importance of having someone well-versed in the Scottish dialect.
When not working, Davie can be found on the slops enjoying winter sports, as well as mountain biking and spending time with his family.
