Who thought Commend were “just” Intercoms?
Following on from Commend supporting our TECHDay, some of our Sales team were invited to their HQ to explore solutions beyond the typical Intercom application.
Commend AI
We were particularly impressed with Commend’s AI solutions that sit on top of their audio and visual products. With TSP being a security integrator, we have used AI on CCTV for some years now, but to see the intelligence that can be gathered across your estate from Commends AI audio products, combined with their AI video offering, leads to a much safer environment. The Commend’s AI audio application runs on all communication devices throughout your estate and uses keyword analysis to listen for and identify terms associated with known hazards and raise alerts as needed. This, tied with their more traditional AI video offering, is very powerful and gives full situation management and reporting on how people move around your estate.
Gunshot Detection
One of the highlights of the day must have been watching TSP’s Rob Eyers demonstrating the Gunshot Detection system, which combines Keysound analysis and UV muzzle flash detection, recognises a confirmed gunshot and initiates emergency procedures. A solution which is especially useful for the Banking and Commercial Sectors.
