All our engineers are issued with PDAs which are linked to the Service Management System, ensuring accurate call details are passed to the engineer and also rapid transfer of information from the engineer following the completion of a call. We do not have to wait for ‘paperwork’ to reach the office to update our system.

This PDA based system also gives the engineer access to our system records which will give him details of the system installation, equipment supplied etc ensuring that correct parts can be rapidly identified.
