| Our company is split into the following departments
Sales Each department has its own management structure and Director in charge. The development of the Senior Management Team and these departments have given us the correct platform to allow our business to grow to meet our customer’s expectations and demands. We believe that we are a good employer and have a very low turnover of staff. We have introduced training schemes for all levels of the business and actively promote our company's business plan to all our employees. We have been awarded Investors in People, which is an indication of our commitment to our staff.
